What are we doing
Opening an indoor bicycle parking area as an additional amenity for Commerce Court tenants
Why are we doing this work
Due to a rising trend in tenants commuting to work via bicycle, along with recent requests for more bicycle parking space, we are pleased to offer this complimentary amenity to our tenants. We are also pleased to be supporting a more sustainable method of commuting
What can I expect
This indoor bicycle parking area is available 24/7 on a first-come, first serve basis to all tenants of Commerce Court. Space within the parking area is limited and once at capacity, tenants will be required to use our existing outdoor bike racks throughout the property (currently available at the forecourt, the courtyard and along Wellington Street). The new indoor space, along with all other bicycle racks, is limited to a maximum of 24 hours per use.
Access to the bicycle storage will be by a registered pass card and will require a signed waiver form be completed (details below). Once we have received your signed waiver form, your pass card profile will be updated and access to the bicycle storage will be granted.
Where is the work occurring
The new bicycle parking area is located on Wellington Street, east of the 30 Wellington Street West entrance and can only be accessed via Wellington Street.
What’s the timing
The indoor bicycle parking area will officially be open on January 1st, 2016.
How does one gain access to the amenity
All tenants with current registered pass cards will be eligible to gain access to the storage space by signing and returning the attached waiver form to the Commerce Court Passcard office located in the Service Village (Level B2). Alternatively, completed forms can be emailed to our Passcard Office, at GWLRACCTO-Passcard@gwlra.com. Please allow approximately 24 hours for processing access requests.
